Purchasing products and/ services from a UQconnect Service Centre [St Lucia, Gatton or Ipswich]

 

  • Cash - Not available at St Lucia branch
  • Cheque
  • Money Order
  • Credit Card [Mastercard/Visa] - minimum transaction of $10.00 applies at St Lucia branch
  • Eftpos - minimum transaction of $10.00 applies at St Lucia branch

 

Payment of a UQconnect Tax Invoice

If you have a UQconnect service, we will automatically issue you a tax invoice, when your service falls due for renewal. Payments options are outlined on all tax invoices issued. In order for continued service, tax invoices must be paid by the due date.

  • Please make cheques payable to The University of Queensland.
  • Instructions on how to make payment of a tax invoice, are outlined on the invoice.
  • Please note, a minimum transaction amount of $10.00 applies to eftpos and credit card payments, processed at our St Lucia branch.
  • UQconnect's St Lucia branch, do not accept cash payments.
  • Payment of a tax invoice, constitutes acceptance of the associated terms and conditions of service.
  • UQconnect advise customer to familiarise themselves with our refund policy.
