External clients have two passwords:
  • ZZ Username Login Password
  • Email Password

Forgot Your ZZ Password?

  • Call the ITS Service Desk on (07) 33656000
  • Email from a personal email account. Please include your Student Number, Username and Photo ID (Drivers License or Passport, not Student ID)

Set a Security Question on Your Account
