Mail forwarding is discouraged to ensure that UQ mail is adequately backed up and made sufficiently available for work purposes. UQ Exchange offers a number of options for remote mail access including:
  • Outlook Web Access
  • Outlook over VPN
  • ActiveSync - to handheld devices such as Windows Mobile, iPhone
  • Citrix
If forwarding is still required fill out the UQ Staff Forwarding request form which must be signed by Head of Organisational Unit or Delegate.
This form is not required for internal mail forwarding. Please contact your local IT Support
