The Voice Services staff at the Switchboard / Voice Operations takes great pride in offering the highest quality service to Staff, Students and External Clients of The University of Queensland. The Switchboard is open from 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday and covers a number of services.

Some of these services include centralised answering point for main University numbers across all campuses, logging of telephony fault reports, logging of voicemail requests and changes, providing telephone PINs and updating the ever-changing contacts database.
