Choose from a variety of IT support options through agreements negotiated and managed by ITS.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Management (SLM) are provided across UQ campuses. Through these agreements, ITS provide support for desktops, server, network and application delivery services, and for server and website hosting.
 
SLAs can be tailored to your organisational unit, whether you are a Centre, School or Faculty, or from the broader educational community. SLAs can take the form of an hourly or annual agreement. ITS maintains service level agreements with Central Administration, the Ipswich Campus, Arts, and external organisations such as QTAC, to name a few.
