If eduroam is rejecting your username/password ensure that your username is in the format username@uq.edu.au.

Click Connect To
  1. Click on the 'Vista Icon'
  2. Click 'Connect To'

Step 3

Select eduroam
  1. Select the 'Eduroam' network
  2. Click 'Connect'

Additional information
  1. Click 'Enter/Select additional log on information'

Step 5

Enter Credentials
  1. Enter your UQ username in the format 'username@uq.edu.au'
  2. Enter your UQ password
  3. Click [ OK ] to connect
If eduroam is rejecting your username/password ensure that your username is in the format username@uq.edu.au. You should also re-sync your password via the password change page and enter the SAME password in all 3 areas.
This process can take some time and it's not unusual to see a message 'This is taking longer than expected'. If you get the same screen as the previous step then it's likely that the username &/or password is incorrect
